Tuesday, AUGUST 1st will be the date of our celebration of National Night Out (a community-police awareness-raising event held in the evening of the first Tuesday in August all across the U.S.). The best way to build a safer community is to know your neighbors so here in CW we like to give you the opportunity to do that.

Anyone who wants to sell their unused/unwanted stuff (or “treasures” as we like to say),price your items and put them outside on Saturday, May 6th on your driveway, your yard, your garage, etc. The CWCA will publicize that our neighborhood is having a yard sale, but you should put out signs directing potential buyers to your house, especially if you live off the main roads in CW. (Tip: go in with your nearby neighbors for company and to draw more buyers to your goods.)

In the CWCA Gazette delivered in your snail mail, aside from lots of helpful information that pertains to our Canterbury Woods community, you will see the envelope for the $30 dues payment to our civic association. Please mail (or drop off) a check (or cash) to 5001 Chanticleer Ave. You can also pay with PayPal — a link is on this website.
